- Transport & Vehicle Data: pickup/delivery locations or ZIPs, vehicle details, VINs, operability, and related instructions.
- Internet/Technical Data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and usage metrics gathered via cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies.
From the Portal (in addition to the above):
- Account Information: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, account type (e.g., dealer, auction, rental, broker), and website URL.
- Authentication Data: encrypted password, multi-factor authentication preferences, and recovery codes. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored in plain text.
- Order & Shipment Data: vehicle details, VINs, pickup and delivery addresses, special instructions, pricing, order status, and related documents.
- Security & Access Logs: login timestamps, IP addresses associated with login attempts, failed authentication records, and session identifiers. This data is used solely for account security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
2. Purposes of Use
We process personal information to:
- Provide quotes, process orders, and deliver transportation services
- Create, manage, and authenticate Portal accounts
- Coordinate pickup and delivery with carriers
- Manage customer relationships and communications
- Send transactional notifications (order confirmations, status updates, dispatch and delivery alerts)
- Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse
- Perform analytics, security monitoring, debugging, and service improvement
- Comply with legal obligations

- Carriers, drivers, and logistics partners to fulfill transportation services

Account data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Portal users may update their account information directly through the Portal. Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
