2. Quotes; Formation of Agreements

Quotes presented via the Site are non-binding estimates. Pricing and availability are subject to confirmation and may change due to factors including vehicle condition (including operability), VIN decode accuracy, modifications, routing, market conditions, and timing. 4EverMomentum may accept, revise, or decline a quote at its sole discretion. No contract for transportation services is formed until expressly confirmed by 4EverMomentum.

3. Payments

Payment processing is provided by third-party processors. You authorize the processor to charge the selected payment method and agree to comply with the processor’s terms. 4EverMomentum is not responsible for third-party system errors or outages.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other content on the Site are owned by 4EverMomentum or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

Exclusive venue for any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. (If you prefer arbitration instead, say the word and I’ll add an arbitration clause.)

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance.
